Al Cicada?

Despite the Cicada invasion in the Chicago suburbs, I have yet to see any here. That's a huge disappointment, as they make great snacks for lizards and turtles.

Perhaps they asked Al if it was time to hatch and he convinced them to procrastinate a few more years... Oh, say, two more years?
