Jeb decriminalized dining with your dog in Florida as part of a three-year pilot program to 'see how it goes'.
I applaud the decision to allow your dog to eat at outdoor establishments with their owners, and hope to see this expanded nationwide.
Can't wait to see the look on Cyrus' face when I stick him with the check...

Much discussion on my fave radio station regarding this. Funny! I'm thinking that people with idiot dogs will know enough to leave them home - not to mention that they're probably the ones who'd rather leave their dog in the CAR while they dine in cool comfort INSIDE the restaurant. Anyway.... this country is so cockeyed about dogs, it's not funny. Once we all realize that the dogs have intelligence, we will be better off!
