Battle of Midway

No, I'm not referring to a seminal WWII event, but rather the disconcerting fact that the day after a Southwest airline jet skidded off the runway in Chicago and struck a passenger car, the family's lawyer was releasing statements in regards to the loss of a six-year-old boy. Could this law firm still be on retainer from the time the boy's father won a $27,500 award in 1999 against Yellow Cab Co.?
